Refund Policy

We want Eden to earn its place in your workflow. If it does not, we make leaving painless. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions to Access Capital.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made from the email address associated with your account and within the applicable window described in this Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. How to request a refund
Email billing@accesscapital.ai from your account address with your account details and reason (optional). Our team will confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Beyond the initial 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund on request within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
6. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise plans follow the refund and cancellation terms in your signed order form or master services agreement. Please contact your account manager for details.
7. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Charges older than the applicable refund window.
- One-time setup, onboarding, or professional-services fees, unless stated otherwise.
- Usage-based overages already consumed.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
8. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are typically processed within three to five business days and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
